He JunLong is Wudang Zhao Bao Taijiquan‘s 13th generation descendant of martial arts and from a young tender age of 8-years-old, he has developed a strong interest in Tai Ji.
何俊龙,武当赵堡太极拳第十三代传人,中国武术金虎七段,自幼喜好武术，8岁正式拜武当赵堡太极拳第十二代掌门人为师习练太极拳。

During  Beijing 2008 Olympics in China, the performance “TaijiQuan” left the world stunned, impressed and overwhelmed.  Tai Ji was then recognised and widely spread abroad, influencing the world to develop an interest in Tai Ji.  He was then the coach for TaiJiQuan’s performance, as well as the Director, commander, and chief planner of the event performance.
中国2008年奥运会中2008人太极拳表演给世人留下震撼、深刻的印象并广传海内外，自此全世界开始风靡太极拳，何俊龙老师为奥运会太极拳表演总导演、总指挥、总策划。

He JunLong has disciples from all walks of life from all over the world including Russia, Germany, the Netherlands, Great Britian, China, Hong Kong, Macao and more.  One of He’s disciple is Hong Kong’s superstar, Andy Lau.
目前，何俊龙的弟子已遍及俄罗斯、德国、荷兰、英国、中国香港、澳门等。其中一位香港著名明星刘德华也是他的弟子。

He JunLong is determined to promote and flourish the essence of Chinese traditional culture through Tai Ji in an artistic manner globally, thus co-operating with the Chinese and International Culture Association to achieve his goal.  That is the birth of Tai Ji Tu . . .

SYNOPSIS

A traveler, exhausted physically and mentally from giving performances all over the world,hopes to find his source of energy.  Summoned by the Tai Ji Diagram, he goes to the Orient and meets the mythical Red Bird.  Guided by the Red Bird, the traveler enters the realm of Tai Ji and embarks upon a fascinating adventure.  After conquering numerous dangers  and difficulties and meeting with many masters of Tai Ji boxing, the traveler meets the Great Tai Ji Master, from whose hand he receives the Energy Ball, his own source of energy, and at the same time integrates Tai Ji into his life.

旅行者奔走于世界各地表演，身心疲惫，期望能够找到自己的能量源泉。他到世界各地寻找，几经周折，受太极图的召唤来到东方。在神鸟朱雀的指引下，进入奇幻太极之境，展开了一段神秘奇幻的太极之旅，在旅途中邂逅各大太极高手，经历了种种艰险，最终从太极宗师手中接过能量球，找到自己的能量源泉，将太极融入自己的生活 。

ORIGIN OF LIFE 生命之元

BEGINNING OF UNIVERSE  天地化
Led by the Red Bird, the traveler goes back to the beginning of the universe, where he sees The Mother of Earth chanting on a tree and numerous beings born between Heaven and Earth.
旅行者由神鸟朱雀带领，回到天地初始，生命之树在天地之间孕育着生命的传奇。

ENERGY OF YIN AND YANG  阴阳动
Under an ancient tree with intertwined roots and intercrossing branches, the traveler is besieged by a group of elves.  The combination of yin and yang unleashes a vast amount of life energy
千年古树下，盘根错节，时间使者携带时空之镜，呼唤大地精灵，阴阳相接，一种生的能量勃然而发。

UNIVERSE RING  乾坤圈
Pushed by the vast amount of life energy, the traveler loses control and fall into the elve’s snare.  Fortunately, the Red Bird brings the Universe Ring and helps him out of trouble.
神鸟朱雀带来乾坤圈，旅行者被生命能量驱使，在太极门徒守护带领下穿越乾坤圈，进入太极之境。

GATE OF TIME 时间之门

TAI JI REALM 太极境
The traveler reaches the Tai Ji Gate, where he, observing energy gather and transform when Tai Ji is generated from non-ultimate, slowly enters a Tai Ji realm of peaceful mind and clear spirit.
时空转换，旅行者来到太极门下，看到无极生太极的能量聚集，转换。

TWO PRIMARY FORCES  两仪生
As Tai Ji generates the two primary forces, the clear goes up and the muddy goes down, forming the white and black patches of the Tai Ji Diagram.  Folowing the turning of the diagram, Tai Ji disciples obtain the combination of yin and yang and the unity of body and mind.
太极生两仪，清浊升降，黑白分明。太极众弟子随着太极图的运转，阴阳交融，达到身心与环境的通透合一。

FOUR IMAGES  四象定
The two primary forces generate the four images : the Green Dragon for the East, the Red Bird for the South, the White Tiger for the West and the Black Snake Tortoise for the North.  Amid the four directions that are constantly moving, the traveler gradually realizes the essential spirit of Tai Ji.  As he concentrates his mind and stands firm, the four images reach a stable point.
两仪生四象。青龙、白虎、朱雀、玄武，各大太极高手在其所代表的四个方位以拳演道，逐渐汇聚立定，四象平衡。

CHANGE OF ENERGY 能量之变

BEWITCHED  心魔起
Energy changes.  The traveler wades in the darkness and fire shadow.  Yin and Yang lose balance.  The traveler is seduced by a variety of greed and is somehow bewitched
能量变异，旅行者穿行在黑暗火影中，阴阳失调，被各种欲望诱惑，心魔渐起。

DRUM OF WIND AND THUNDER  风雷震
There is a sudden burst of drumbeats that resemble the sounds of wind and thunder.  The energy between Heaven and Earth changes dramatically.  Four images drove away bewitchment with Tai Ji.  The traveler returns to his journey of seeking Tai Ji.
乾坤之间，鼓声阵阵，能量激变，风生水起。四象用太极能量驱散心魔，将旅行者重新带回问道太极的路途上。

MOUNTAIN TOP  山之巅
The Red Bird took the traveler to the summit of a mountain.  The Green Dragon leads the traveler to the top of a sheer cliff where the traveler learns to conquer his fear and combat the great disturbing forces.
朱雀带旅行者来到高山之巅，在青龙的指引下登上万仞山巅，挑战自我的定力。在万丈悬崖之上，展开对决。

PEACE OF MIND  心之谷
The Great Ti Ji Master is waiting for the traveler.  Standing at the pivot point, the traveler senses the most powerful energy produced by the combination of yin and yang.  He spins around and looks into the inner world, where he finds the Tai Ji energy ball where all types of energy accumulate.
太极宗师早已等待旅行者的到来，旅行者感受阴阳聚合于能量巅峰，在平衡支点的顶端，沿着风的轨迹，螺旋运转，进入内观世界，找到能量聚集的太极能量球。

TAI JI BOXING WITH MATCHING MOTIONS
Led by the Great Tai Ji Master, all the Tai Ji disciples perform group Tai Ji Boxing with Matching Motions while reciting the pithy formula : matching body and mind as moving, one lives with harmonious will, balancing motion and tranquility as breathing, one arrives at the inner tranquility.  With his journey approaching the end, the traveler, together with the Tai Ji master and disciples, spread the true essence of Tai Ji to all the corners of the world

TAI JI SEMINAR

Tai Ji is a mind-body practice originated from ancient China.  Practiced widely in China for thousands of years, it has become popular worldwide.  People of almost any age or condition can participate, and generally practicing Tai Ji heightened feelings of well-being along with a variety of other health benefits.  It improves the flow of energy through the body, leading to greater awareness, calmness, and an overall sense of wellness.  A 3 day special session with He JunLong, an escapade out of the hustle and bustle life of the city, into a tranquil environment, relaxing and energizing oneself with the calming and therapeutic martial arts.

太极来自于中国古代，可以说是中国的国粹，也是人类体育文化的瑰宝。在中国已实用了千年的历史，也风靡全球。几乎任何年龄或条件的人都适合练习太极，而且练太极能陶冶情操，有助于身心全方位的健康。它提高了器官的获氧量 ， 血气循环畅旺 ， 使情绪稳定平伏 ，提高人体伸展和平衡能力等 。

2014 爱的动力慈善晚宴

YBKMM’s premier annual dinner infused with harmony, warmth, love, happiness, gratitude and multiculturalism to invite the public and celebrate a special occasion with the less fortunate to partake in each other’s joys and most importantly to recognize individual donors or corporate sponsors for their generous support in all of YBKMM‘s charitable works.  The objective is to encourage more people to get involved in philanthropy and charitable giving and sow the seeds of love to those less fortunate.  It is also to deliver the message of unity, peace and harmony to bring people from all religions and backgrounds together to celebrate each other’s traditions and cultures.  The event also further enhances the ties with community and raise fund for YBKMM’s charity initiatives while recognising and honouring those who have relentlessly contributed to charity.

The focus of the event is to promote Tai Qi as a form of unity to the world, with a view to strengthen good relations through the common pursuits of excellence in cultural and martial arts.

Our mission is to connect and energise the best of both contents (Tai Qi and Motivational Talk).  It is also aimed to create a large gathering of the most successful people and organisations in Malaysia, Asia region and hopefully other part of the world in the very near future.

我们的目的是连接和集合这两个重点（太极和激励讲座会）。同时它的宗旨是在马来西亚举办一个大型的聚会给最成功人士和组织， 也希望将来能够在亚太区和其他地区举办。

Besides, it promotes good health and boost confidence by showcasing the best of both martial arts and motivational course, and through charity sharing the love to those in need.
